Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a high-quality fluorine-containing polyurethane without using an isocyanate, and to provide a fluorine-containing biscarbamate compound using said method. This production method for a fluorine-containing polyurethane represented by formula (III) is characterized by including a step for reacting a fluorine-containing biscarbamate compound represented by formula (I) with a diol compound represented by formula (II). (In the formulas, Rf1 indicates a fluorine-containing C1-6 alkyl group, Rf2 indicates a fluorine-containing C2-10 alkanediyl group, and R1 indicates a bivalent organic group.)
