Abstract:

Provided are a quantum dot and a quantum dot preparation method. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a quantum dot solution, preparing an ion-containing organic ligand precursor, and adding the ion-containing organic ligand precursor into the quantum dot solution so as to perform surface modification on a quantum dot, such that a surface-modified quantum dot is prepared; or, providing a quantum dot solution, providing an ion-containing organic ligand precursor, mixing the ion-containing organic ligand precursor with the quantum dot solution so as to perform ligand exchange, and performing centrifugation to obtain a ligand-exchanged quantum dot.
