Abstract:
The purpose is to provide: a recording medium conveyance device capable of maintaining conveyance accuracy of a recording medium and preventing cleaning solution from being left behind following the wiping thereof, by making it possible to perform optimal cleaning according to the properties of a fixation agent coated onto an endless belt; and an image-recording device. The recording medium conveyance device is characterized by having: an endless belt (23) for adhering a recording medium (P) onto a surface coated with an adhesive and conveying the same; a cleaning means for contacting the surface of the endless belt (23) and cleaning the surface of the endless belt (23); and a cleaning condition-changing means for changing the cleaning conditions for the surface of the endless belt (23) by the cleaning means. The image-recording device is provided with the recording medium conveyance device.
