Abstract:
Provided are a resin coater and a method for manufacturing a resin-coated component such that a component and a coating head can be set at a relatively large distance from each other. The resin coater (1) is provided with: a placing table (12) on which a component (11) to be coated with a resin (13) is placed; a coating head (14) for discharging the resin (13) toward the component (11) placed on the placing table (12); a mover (15) for moving the coating head (14) relative to the placing table (12); and a power supply (17) for applying a voltage between the placing table (12) and the coating head (14). The method for manufacturing a resin-coated component includes: placing a component (11) on a placing table (12); positioning a coating head (14) above the component (11); and moving the coating head (14) relative to the placing table (12) in a direction along a placement surface (12f) while a voltage is being applied between the placing table (12) and the coating head (14) and while discharging a resin (13) from the coating head (14), thereby coating the component (11) with the resin (13).
