Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a pneumatic tire having excellent crack resistance and a rubber composition from which the tire can be obtained. The rubber composition comprises a rubber component containing a polymer having at least one polar functional group selected from the group consisting of a nitrile group and a pyridyl group, 7-25 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, of a metal compound containing a divalent metal ion, a filler and sulfur.
