Abstract:
A safe and high efficiency blower device for a boiler comprises a furnace (1). A partition (10) is disposed at an inner lower portion of the furnace (1). Multiple air discharge pipes (100) are arranged at an upper surface of the partition (10). The interior of the air discharge pipe (100) is in communication with a space formed by the partition (10) and a bottom surface of the furnace (1). A first one-way air admission valve (101) is disposed at a position where the interior of the air discharge pipe (100) communicates with the space formed by the partition (10) and the bottom surface of the furnace (1). An air admission port (11) is arranged at one side of the furnace (1). A second one-way air admission valve (110) is disposed at the air admission port (11). An opening (12) is disposed symmetrically with respect to the air admission port (11) at another side of the furnace (1). An elastic film (120) is disposed at the opening (12). The blower device further comprises an eccentric wheel (2) for pressing the elastic film (120) and a drive motor for driving the eccentric wheel. The drive motor drives the eccentric wheel (2) to rotate and press the elastic film (120), such that the elastic film (120) vibrates and causes a change in an air pressure inside the space between the furnace (1) and the partition (10). When the air pressure decreases, the second one-way air admission valve (110) admits ambient air. When the air pressure increases, the first one-way air admission valve (101) supplies the air to the furnace (1) by means of the air discharge pipes, thereby effectively and steadily supplying air to the bottom of fuel elements. The blower device is very safe, and has a simple structure and low costs.
