Abstract:
The present utility model relates to sand and water mixing device for an engineering ship, relating to the technical field of dredging engineering. The mixing device comprises a cavity I, a cavity II, conveying pipelines, and conveying pumps, wherein the cavity I is located under the cavity II, the cavity I is in communication with the cavity II, the cavity I is divided into an even number of independent sub-cavities that are symmetrically arranged on the left and right, bottom outlets of the sub-cavities on each of the left side and the right side are in communication with one conveying pipeline by means of connecting pipes, inlet ends and outlet ends of the two conveying pipelines are provided with the conveying pumps, and a side wall of the cavity II is of an arc structure which enables sand to rapidly fall. Based on the present utility model, a sand and water mixing degree is improved, sand plugging is reduced, a material port positioning time is shortened, two sides of a ship can independently operate, and the hydraulic power compensation of a sand and water mixture can be provided; and a significant sand storage function is achieved, the sand conveying efficiency is improved, same is simple in terms of structure, and the material cost and the labor cost can be significantly reduced.
