Abstract:
Disclosed is a battery pack housing for an electric vehicle, comprising: a container-type case of which the upper portion is open as an entrance so that a battery module for supplying power to a vehicle, wiring, and a control circuit can be included therein; and a cover for covering the open upper portion of the case, wherein a flange-type case-side joining part is provided on the open upper portion of the case, a flange-type cover-side joining part that faces the case-side joining part is provided on the bottom of the cover, the case-side joining part and the cover-side joining part have coupling holes so as to be fastened to each other by a fastening screw, and a sealing member is provided at least in a region forming a closed curve that includes the entrance by traveling around the inner side of the fastening screw between the case-side joining part and the cover-side joining part, so as to form watertightness between the case and the cover.
