Abstract:
Provided is a seat system that controls a vehicle seat in accordance with the state of a seated person, to thereby improve comfort and convenience for the seated person. The seat system (S1) comprises a vehicle seat (S) and a wearable device (W) that detects biometric information of the seated person. The vehicle seat (S) comprises: a seat body including a seat back (1), a seat cushion (2), and a headrest (3); a seat drive unit (6) that changes the position of the seat back (1) and the seat cushion (2); a function member provided in the seat body; and a control unit (8) that controls the seat drive unit (6) and the function member. The control unit (8) includes an acquisition unit that acquires the acquired biometric information from the wearable device (W), and controls the seat drive unit (6) and the function member on the basis of the biometric information acquired by the acquisition unit.
