Abstract:
A signal generator (100) and a memory. The signal generator comprises: an oscillation generation module (101), which is configured to generate an initial oscillation signal on the basis of an oscillation control signal, wherein the oscillation control signal is used for adjusting the frequency of the generated initial oscillation signal; a duty ratio correction module (102), which is connected to an output end of the oscillation generation module (101), and is configured to adjust the duty ratio of the initial oscillation signal on the basis of a duty ratio control signal, so as to generate an adjusted oscillation signal; an output interface (11), which is connected to an output end of the duty ratio correction module (102), and is used for outputting the adjusted oscillation signal to an external test system (10), wherein the external test system (10) is used for testing whether the adjusted oscillation signal meets a preset condition; and an amplitude adjustment module (103), which is connected to the output end of the duty cycle correction module (102), and is configured to adjust the amplitude of the adjusted oscillation signal on the basis of an amplitude control signal, so as to generate a test signal.
