Provided are a signal processing method and a signal processing device. The signal processing method comprises: determining, by a signal processing device, and according a first clipping threshold and n first signals, n clipping noises, the n first signals corresponding one-to-one with the n clipping noises, where n is a positive integer; performing, according to the n clipping noises, noise cancellation processing on the n first signals to obtain n second signals, the n second signals corresponding one-to-one with the n first signals; and performing, according to a second clipping threshold, clipping processing on m third signals obtained by performing first decoding processing and second precoding processing on the n clipping noises to obtain m fourth signals, where m is a positive integer. The signal processing method and the signal processing device of the invention can reduce a peak to average power ratio of a noise signal among transmitted signals, thereby increasing a signal recovery quality at a receiving end, and accordingly improving emission efficiency of a multi-antenna transmitter.
