Abstract:
Provided is a solar cell module comprising: a conductive substrate in which an insulating layer is formed on a light-receiving-surface side; a photoelectric conversion element having a first electrode layer formed on the insulating layer, a second electrode layer which is formed closer to the light-receiving-surface side than the first electrode layer, and a photoelectric conversion layer formed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; and a pair of electrodes that outputs electric power generated by the photoelectric conversion element. Out of the pair of electrodes, a first electrode is electrically connected to the first electrode layer and the conductive substrate, and a second electrode is insulated from the conductive substrate.
