Abstract:
This solar cell 10 is provided with: a semiconductor substrate 11; and a first conductivity-type layer 12 and a second conductivity-type layer 13 that are disposed on one principal surface of the semiconductor substrate 11, wherein: the first conductivity-type layer 12 has a first electrode 17 disposed thereon; the second conductivity-type layer 13 has a second electrode 18 disposed thereon; the first electrode 17 and the second electrode 18 are electrically separated; and an island-shaped conductor layer 16 is disposed between the first electrode 17 and the second electrode 18.
