Abstract:

A sole structure body capable of improving bendability and cushioning characteristics of a sole forefoot section. A sole structure body (1) has an upper plate (2) and a lower plate (3) disposed below the upper plate (2) with a predetermined space (S) in between. The lower plate (3) has projections (30) projecting to the upper plate (2) side. A route length L₁ in the forward-backward direction of the lower plate (3) is longer than a route length L₂ in the forward-backward direction of the upper plate (2), or more specifically, the route length L₁ of the lower plate (3) is 40% - 60% greater than the route length L₂ of the upper plate (2).
