Abstract:
The problem of the present invention is to provide a solid-phase welding method which easily and efficiently suppresses the softening of a heat-affected zone when steel is used as a material to be welded and a solid-phase welding joint which is obtained by the solid-phase welding method and in which the softening of the heat-affected zone is suppressed. The present invention provides a solid-phase welding method for steel which uses steel as at least one of materials to be welded, the solid-phase welding method being characterized in that the steel has an additive element for causing secondary hardening and forms a region in which the maximum temperature of the steel reaches the A1 temperature of the steel during the welding with the A1 temperature set as a temperature that causes secondary hardening.
