Abstract:
The present application relates to a speech broadcasting method, comprising: obtaining from a server a phonetic symbol file corresponding to target text to be subjected to speech broadcasting and at least part of an online audio file; broadcasting the obtained part of the online audio file in an online speech broadcasting manner; when a network environment of online speech broadcasting is in a weak network state, determining an online splicing point audio frame in the obtained part of the online audio file and a corresponding splicing point phonetic symbol, and activating an offline broadcast engine; and upon the online audio file broadcasts a previous online audio frame of the online splicing point audio frame, continuing to perform speech broadcasting in an offline speech broadcasting manner.
