Abstract:
A sun-tracking solar power generating system according to the present invention is configured such that a base, onto which a plurality of solar power generation panels are loaded in close proximity to each other, is horizontally rotated by a rotation means so as to follow the changes in the azimuth angle of the sun. The rotation means is configured to include a plurality of rails, which are set concentrically in the lower surface of the base, and wheels, which are provided to a ground-side base mount. This configuration makes it easier, in comparison to when the rails are set horizontally in a wide installation space, to support the wheels on the same horizontal surface. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce construction cost, shorten construction time, and achieve a large-scale system. In addition, because the base is concentrically reinforced by the plurality of rails, the base can be assembled from metal L-angles, etc., and a light-weight base with a large surface area can be manufactured at a low cost.
