Abstract:
A superconducting cable (1000) is provided with a superconducting conductor layer, and channels for a coolant (130c) for cooling the superconducting conductor layer to a superconducting state. The cable (1000) is provided with: a core (110) provided with the superconducting conductor layer and an insulating layer; coolant tubes (130) constituting the coolant channel, the coolant tubes being provided parallel to the core (110) so as to cool the superconducting conductor layer; and a tube (150) housing the core (110) and the coolant tubes (130).
