Abstract:
In a switching circuit device according to the present invention, capacitors (C1, C2) respectively apply power-supply voltage to drive circuits (DRV1, DRV2). Diodes (D1, D2) are connected such that current flows from a direct current voltage source (E1) to the capacitors (C1, C2), respectively. A resistor (R1) and Zener diode (ZD1) are connected in series between a terminal (P1) and a node (N1) such that a reverse bias voltage is applied from the terminal (P1) to the Zener diode (ZD1) via the resistor (R1). A diode (D3) is connected such that current flows to the capacitor (C1) from a node (N2) between the resistor (R1) and the Zener diode (ZD1).
