Abstract:
A task design assistance system 100 comprises a task plan scenario setting unit 101b that generates a scenario indicating the contents of a task plan, a simulation unit 104 that executes simulation for the scenario, a KPI calculation unit 106 that calculates an evaluation indicator on the basis of a result of the simulation, and a sensitivity evaluation unit 107 that calculates a sensitivity of the evaluation indicator at the time when a condition parameter of simulation is changed, and the task design assistance system 100 presents the evaluation indicator and the sensitivity for the scenario. In this manner, the present invention provides a task design assistance system and a task design assistance method that achieve selection of a resilient task plan robust against various environmental changes.
