Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of tableware, and relates to a preparation method for a temperature-resistant PLA straw. The method comprises the following steps: (1) subjecting a PLA straw raw material to a tube drawing process via an extruder to prepare a straw sample blank, wherein the straw sample blank contains PLA that is not fully crystallized; and (2) subjecting the straw sample blank to a constant-temperature and constant-pressure carbon dioxide soaking treatment, such that the uncrystallized PLA in the straw sample blank is crystallized, whereby a PLA straw product with a temperature resistance of higher than or equal to 70ºC is prepared. The present invention further provides a temperature-resistant PLA straw. The straw is a microfoamed product; the density of the straw is reduced by 5-30% relative to the density of the straw sample blank; and the straw has a temperature resistance of 70ºC or above. According to the temperature-resistant PLA straw and the preparation method therefor provided in the present invention, the prepared PLA straw has the advantages of temperature resistance and heat insulation, and is also biodegradable, thereby making the PLA straw a new-generation environmentally friendly straw product.
