Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a terminal connector and a connection method, with which it is possible to suitably maintain the connection planar area and connection planar pressure of an electrical connection for an extended period, despite a simple shape for terminals of a motor and of a control unit, and to provide a terminal connector and a connection method which are optimal for use in an electric power steering device, an electric actuator device, or the like. [Solution] Provided is a terminal connector for a motor-side terminal of a motor and a unit-side terminal of a control unit for the motor, wherein the motor-side terminal and the unit-side terminal are abutted, and the abutting section is subjected to plastic deformation by mechanical working, to form a joined region of the motor-side terminal and the unit-side terminal, and form an electrical contact.
