Abstract:
Provided are a touch panel conductive member and touch panel which make it possible to improve the detection sensitivity for a touch operation while also improving the uniformity of the detection sensitivity. A touch panel conductive member 1 having a plurality of first electrodes 11 which extend in a first direction D1 and are arranged in parallel in a second direction D2 which intersects the first direction, wherein: the plurality of first electrodes 11 include a plurality of first principal electrodes 12 which have a set electrode width Wa, and at least one first auxiliary electrode 13 which has a smaller electrode width Wb than the first principal electrode 12 electrode width Wa, all of which comprise a first mesh conductive film MF1 configured from a plurality of thin metal wires Ma; and the mesh pitch Pb in the second direction D2 of the first mesh conductive film MF1 constituting the first auxiliary electrode 13 is smaller across the entire first auxiliary electrode 13 region than the mesh pitch Pa in the second direction D2 of the first mesh conductive film MF1 constituting the first principal electrodes 12.
