Abstract:
Disclosed is a trans-impedance amplifier with a direct-current drift elimination function and an automatic gain control function. The trans-impedance amplifier comprises an amplifier, a trans-impedance feedback loop, and a direct-current drift elimination and automatic gain control loop, wherein the direct-current drift elimination and automatic gain control loop is respectively connected to an input end and an output end of the amplifier, so as to match a direct-current component in an input current signal and eliminate a direct-current drift; and an electrical parameter of the loop is adjusted according to the magnitude of an output voltage signal, so as to adjust the gain of an entire trans-impedance amplifier circuit. Therefore, compared with a traditional trans-impedance amplifier circuit, a direct-current drift elimination function and an automatic gain control function are realized at the same time by means of one circuit branch, without affecting the shape of a frequency response curve, and the bandwidth and the phase margin of a circuit, improving the stability of the circuit.
