The present application discloses a transfer apparatus and a weighing device. The transfer apparatus comprises a transfer disc and a positioning assembly. The transfer disc can be controlled to rotate about an axis thereof and is provided with a positioning groove used for containing a workpiece, the positioning groove being provided with an opening used to allow the workpiece to enter and exit. The positioning assembly comprises a stop block movably connected to the transfer disc, wherein the stop block can enter or exit via the opening of the positioning groove during a process of the stop block moving relative to the transfer disc. When the workpiece enters and exits the positioning groove via the opening, the stop block exits via the opening of the positioning groove under an abutting action of the workpiece. When the workpiece is contained in the positioning groove, the stop block enters the opening of the positioning groove and abuts against the workpiece contained in the positioning groove.
