Abstract:
To efficiently transmit data addressed to a plurality of reception devices. A transmission device (1) comprises a storage unit (1a), a control unit (1b), and a transmission unit (1c). The storage unit (1a) stores information in which a first communication quality, a second communication quality, and a layered modulation system using a plurality of channels are associated with each other. The control unit (1b) selects the corresponding layered modulation system when communication quality of a reception device (2) is set to the first communication quality and communication quality of a reception device (3) is set to the second communication quality according to the information stored in the storage unit (1a). The transmission unit (1c) performs a mapping of data of the reception device (2) and data of the reception device (3) to the plurality of channels according to the selected layered modulation system and transmits them.
