Abstract:
A transvalvular anchoring device for retaining an aortic valve, comprising a first fixing member for fixing an aortic vascular stent and having elasticity, a connecting member having elasticity, and a second fixing member placed within an outflow tract and having elasticity, the first fixing member being connected to the top of the connecting member, the bottom of the connecting member being connected to the second fixing member, the second fixing member being located below the aortic valve, the connecting member passing through a gap in the aortic valve, and the first fixing member being located above the aortic valve. Said device has a simple structure and is easy to use, and is able to effectively fix the aortic vascular stent and prevent the stent from slipping or from tearing an ascending aorta.
