Abstract:
Disclosed is an uplink scheduling method, comprising: a base station sending downlink signalling to a user equipment (UE), the downlink signalling being signalling indicating that the UE needs to give an uplink response with regard to the downlink signalling; and if the base station determines that the uplink response sent by the UE is not received within a pre-set time period, the base station allocating an uplink scheduling resource to the UE. Also provided is a base station. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, an access success rate of a UE can be improved or a call drop rate can be reduced.
