Abstract:
Provided, inter alia, is a method for testing chronic-phase cardiac function of an acute myocardial infarction, wherein the concentrations of miR-143 and/or miR-145 in the blood during the acute phase of the acute myocardial infarction are monitored in an individual that has suffered or is at risk of suffering the acute myocardial infarction.
