Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a vacuum pump and exhaust system that can improve workability, at a job site, related to a piping structure part, a connector part, an interface panel, or a nameplate. [Solution] A vacuum pump 100 comprising a pump body 300 that suctions a gas from an intake port 101 by rotation of a rotating body 103, and a control device 200 that controls the pump body 300, with the pump body 300 and the control device 200 being integrated. The vacuum pump 100 further comprises: a piping structure part disposed in a casing 310 that rotatably accommodates the rotating body 103; a connector part disposed on the control device 200; an interface panel 210; and a nameplate 340 containing indication pertaining to the vacuum pump 100. A plurality of at least one of the piping structure parts, the connector parts, the interface panels 210, and the nameplates 340 are disposed at different phases centered on the rotation axis X of the rotating body 103 and have the same function.
