Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a valve device that suppresses adhesion of deposits to a gas passage and that is very easily assembled. The valve device is provided with: a valve body (5); a tubular passage-constituting member (30) which is mounted to the valve body (5) and in which a gas passage covered with a fluorine-based resin is formed; a throttle valve (2) which controls the flow rate of a gas flowing through the gas passage; a throttle shaft (3) which penetrates the passage-constituting member (30) to support the throttle valve (2) in the gas passage; and bearings (8, 9) which pivotally support the throttle shaft (3). The passage-constituting member (30) has boss parts (30A, 30B) serving as fitting parts fitted into the bearings (8, 9).
