Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a variable-capacity gerotor pump. The variable-capacity gerotor pump comprises: a casing having a cylindrical shape and comprising at least one pumping chamber having at least one fluid inlet/outlet formed through one end thereof; a fixed gear configured as an inner gear inserted into the casing so as to rotate in a fixed position without fluid leakage, the fixed gear having a cylindrical shape in which multiple teeth are formed, and the fixed gear comprising at least one fluid hole through one end of the cylindrical shape such that a fluid can move from the pumping chamber or to the pumping chamber; at least one movable gear installed in the fixed gear so as to engage with the fixed gear without fluid leakage, the movable gear comprising teeth, the number of which is smaller than the number of the multiple teeth of the fixed gear by one, and the movable gear being able to move axially; a gear block arranged in the fixed gear without fluid leakage to be able to move axially; a gear ring arranged outside the movable gear to be able to move axially with regard to the movable gear without fluid leakage; and and a gear ring cover installed on one end of the casing, the gear ring cover having a hole in which the gear ring rotates without fluid leakage.
