[Problem] To provide a vehicular curtain air-bag device capable of appropriately delivering passenger protecting performance without interfering with a driver seat air-bag whether in a normal collision mode or a small overlap mode, and having a simple curtain air-bag structure, and to provide a mounting structure for the device. [Solution] A vehicular curtain air-bag device (1) is provided with: a main chamber (12) with a front end portion that is deployable and expandable in the vicinity of a front pillar; and an additional chamber (13) that is deployable and expandable and disposed more toward the front of the vehicle than the front end portion of the main chamber, the additional chamber being separated from the main chamber by a partition portion (19) set between the front pillar and an expansion area of the driver seat air-bag. The additional chamber is folded near the partition portion toward the vehicle interior and rearward of the vehicle and superposed on the main chamber, forming a superposed portion (32) where upper portions of the chambers or areas nearby are joined, forming a chamber joined portion (33).
