Abstract:
This vibration detection device (4) comprises: an A/D conversion unit (41) that receives a sinusoidal signal of an AE wave corresponding to vibrations generated in a target machine (2) from an AE sensor (3) for detecting the AE wave, and converts the input sinusoidal signal into digital data; and an extraction unit (42) that extracts, from the digital data, a data point of a maximum value for each cycle of the sinusoidal signal.
