Abstract:
A wiring member electrically connected to a piezoelectric element has a first region, a second region and a third region. The first region is positioned on multiple external electrodes and is bonded to the multiple external electrodes. The second region is positioned on a third main surface of a vibration member and is bonded to the third main surface. The third region, between the first region and the second region, is positioned on the first main surface of the piezoelectric body. The third region has a first end near the first region and a second end near the second region. The interval between the third region and the first main surface becomes gradually smaller from the position where the interval is greatest towards the first end, and becomes gradually smaller from the position where the interval is greatest towards the second end.
