Abstract:

A voice output device according to the present invention automatically determines whether the voice output of a sentence (text) is permitted before reading aloud the sentence (text) on the basis of not only various conditions in the interior of the vehicle (vehicle condition) but also the source and the content of external text information, and thus can protect the driver's privacy while driving and achieve safe transmission of information in a manner desirable to the driver.
