Abstract:
The waiting order management system is equipped with: at least one terminal device for executing a reception function to generate reception information upon receiving a new turn-waiting request and/or a waiting order management function to generate status change information upon receiving a turn-waiting status change operation; and a waiting order management server for managing the waiting order on the basis of the reception information and the status change information. The waiting order management server has: an actual value calculation part for calculating, by using actual turn-waiting information based on the reception information and the status change information, an actual value of waiting time per one group of customers; a setting information reception part for receiving input of a setting value of the waiting time per one group of customers; a determination part for determining whether or not the setting value deviates from the actual value; and a warning part for generating a warning when the setting value is determined by the determination part as deviating from the actual value.
