Abstract:
Disclosed are a water-based two-component matte hammered paint, and a preparation method therefor, relating to the field of paint preparation. The hammered paint comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises a water-based resin, a matte powder, a color paste, a hammering agent, a group A cosolvent, a functional auxiliary agent, and a group A deionized water, wherein the color paste comprises a pigment, a color paste cosolvent, a bactericide, a color paste defoamer, a color paste dispersant, and a color paste deionized water. The component B comprises an oily polyisocyanate curing agent and a group B cosolvent. The preparation method comprises: S1, preparing a color paste component in advance; S2, using the color paste obtained in S1 and other components to prepare a hammered paint component A; S3, preparing a hammered paint component B; and S4, mixing the prepared component A and the prepared component B before use. In the present application, a special color paste and a matte powder are used together, such that the surface of a paint film forms a hammered pattern having a strong stereoscopicity, no additional silver paste or silver powder needs to be added to improve the stereoscopicity, and the production costs are reduced, thereby expanding the field of application for the hammered paint.
