Abstract:
A gypsum plaster board and a preparation method therefor. The gypsum plaster board includes a board core and a surface protection paper. The board core comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of gypsum clinker, 1-20 parts of a composite waterproof agent and 0.2-5 parts of an emulsion. The composite waterproof agent comprises fly ash, a ground slag, quicklime, a silicone oil, and a silane coupling agent. The side of the surface protection paper, which is in contact with the air, is coated with a protective agent, which comprises a fluoropolyether surfactant and a silicon surfactant. In the present application, the waterproof performance of the board is comprehensively improved in the mode where a protective film is added to the surface layer and a composite waterproof agent is added to the interior, and at the same time, the effect of improving the mechanical properties of the gypsum board is achieved.
