Abstract:
This welding method, in which surface-treated members are welded using a welding wire, is provided with a step of transferring a globule of the wire to the members and a step of pressing the molten pool in the direction opposite to the direction in which welding is progressing so that gas generated from the members as a result of the members being welded escapes from the point of generation. The welding method presses the molten pool so that the overlapping portion of the members is exposed. The present invention thereby has the effect of limiting the occurrence of air holes such as blowholes and the occurrence of spatter because gas generated from the members escapes from the exposed section.
