A wheel-legged structure and a robot using same. The wheel-legged structure comprises: a power device (1), a connecting rod device (2) and a caster device (3), wherein the connecting rod device (2) comprises a driving connecting rod set (21) and a driven connecting rod set (22); the driving connecting rod set (21) comprises a first driving connecting rod (211) and a second driving connecting rod (212); the second driving connecting rod (212) comprises a main rod (2121) and an auxiliary rod (2122) which forms an H-shape with the main rod, the auxiliary rod (2122) being connected to the power device (1); the first driving connecting rod (211) is connected to one side of the main rod (2121) and connected to the power device (1); and the driving connecting rod set (21) is driven by the power device (1) to drive the driven connecting rod set (22) to rotate to achieve extension and retraction lengthwise and swinging at an angle of the connecting rod device (2). According to the wheel-legged structure, a lifting and deformation range can be extended, power efficiency can be improved, and a contact point formed by the first driving rod of the connecting rod device and the auxiliary rod of the H-shaped second driving rod abutting with each other is used as a limiting point.
