Abstract:
A wireless communication system is provided with: a first wireless communication system including a first base station device and a first control device; a second wireless communication system including a second base station device and a second control device; and a terminal device capable of communicating with the first and second base station devices. The first control device is provided with a first notification unit for notifying the first base station device of specific information. The first base station device is provided with a first transmission unit for transmitting, when the first base station device receives the specific information, control information for performing standby control on the second base station device to the terminal device located in an area covered by the first base station device. The second base station device is provided with a second transmission unit for transmitting the specific information received from the second control device to the terminal device. The terminal device is provided with: a reception unit for receiving the control information transmitted from the first base station device and the specific information transmitted from the second base station device; and a control unit for performing standby control on the second base station device on the basis of the control information.
