Abstract:
The present invention enables the enhancement of communication efficiency during multiplex communication. This device is equipped with a multi-beam antenna unit that is capable of controlling each of a plurality of beam characteristics, and an RF system for transmission. The RF system is further equipped with a multiplexing unit that performs multiplexing using a plurality of frequency channels or a plurality of subcarriers. One or more different frequency channels or one or more different subcarriers are allocated to each of the transmission signals transmitted to a plurality of wireless terminal devices, the allocated frequency channels or subcarriers are multiplexed in the multiplexing unit, and the multiplexed signals are transmitted using the plurality of beams from the multi-beam antenna.
