Abstract:
In order to comply with automatic brightness control system conditions when a subject moves during radioscopy or there is movement of the subject position due to movement of an X-ray tube and so on, an X-ray image diagnosis device is provided with: a histogram generation unit (6b) for generating a histogram indicating the brightness value distribution in an X-ray image of the subject; a subject-region detection unit (6c) for detecting, on the basis of the histogram, a subject region comprising a region in which the subject of the X-ray image is imaged; and an X-ray condition determination unit (2a) for determining X-ray conditions defining X-ray output, in such a way that a brightness value representing the subject region approaches a predetermined subject-region target brightness value.
