Title:
PARTICLE SEPARATOR, VENTILATOR, AND AIR CLEANER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018140321
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle separator or the like, which suppresses adhesion of particles to an electrode.SOLUTION: A particle separator 100 that separates charged particles 50p from a fluid such as gas, includes: a first electrode 10 and a second electrode 20 arranged on a passage through which a fluid containing the charged particles 50p flows; and a potential generation circuit 4 which applies a potential to the first electrode 10 and the second electrode 20. Each of the first electrode 10 and the second electrode 20 includes first electrode elements 10a1 and 20a1, and second electrode elements 10a2 and 20a2 arranged on the downstream of the first electrode elements 10a1 and 20a1 in a fluid flowing direction. The potential generation circuit 4 generates a potential between the first electrode elements 10a1 and 20a1 and the second electrode elements 10a2 and 20a2 so that polarity of the charged particles 50p and polarity of the potentials of the first electrode elements 10a1 and 20a1 coincide with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
