Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation mixing mechanism which sucks and transports thin-plate shaped or slender shaped materials with a simple constitution and, at the same time, mixes the materials with an air flow of suction transportation thereof.SOLUTION: A transportation mixing mechanism comprises an air flow separation part 1 and a mixing tank 20. Therein, the air flow separation part 1 is formed of a suction port 5 of air for transportation on the upper side thereof, is formed of a discharge port 8 of materials pneumatically transported on the lower side thereof, is provided with an inflow pipe 3 for causing the materials to flow into an inner part in such a direction as to pass along the inner circumferential surface and in a direction substantially perpendicular to the vertical axis of the air flow separation part 1 on a lateral wall of the air flow separation part 1, the materials caused to flow into the air flow separation part 1 rides on a swirling flow generated on the inner part and is projected to the mixing tank 20 while swirling so as to pass along the inner circumferential surface of the air flow separation part 1, an inner diameter of the mixing tank 20 is set to be larger than a diameter of the discharge port 8, a swirling flow is caused to flow into the mixing tank 20 from the discharge port 8 of the air flow separation part 1 and an air flow in a substantially circumferential direction for mixing the materials in the mixing tank 20 is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
