PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus or the like capable of detecting fault by performing analysis for multidimensional and multi-scale data.SOLUTION: A statistics data processing apparatus includes: a statistics data comparison part for comparing comparison object data with reference data which are statistics data based on data included in each combination of a point of view and a scale with respect to at least one point of view and a plurality of scales for each point of view; and a fault range determination part for determining a range deemed to be abnormal among a plurality of ranges of the point of view on the basis of comparison result by the statistics data comparison part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
