PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valuable medium processing system, a valuable medium depositing machine, a data handling device, and a valuable medium processing method that can improve convenience for an entity such as an operator or a company.SOLUTION: A valuable medium processing system 1 in which processing of depositing at least a valuable medium is performed includes: an authentication unit 86 that authenticates identification information of an entity having performed depositing of the valuable medium; a storage unit 84 that stores depositing information on the valuable medium processed by a processing unit and the identification information authenticated by the authentication unit 86 in association with each other; and a control unit 80 that, on the basis of information stored in the storage unit 84, instructs recording of a plurality of pieces of depositing information corresponding to identical identification information in one medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
