Abstract:
To provide a flame-retardant epoxy resin composition which does not cause bleed-out of a flame retardant during curing, uses a small amount of a bromine-based flame retardant, gives a cured product having a high glass transition temperature, and is excellent in flame retardancy.SOLUTION: The flame-retardant epoxy resin composition contains (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent, (C) a reactive phosphorus-containing compound having a specific structure, and (D) a bromine-based flame retardant. The content of phosphorus derived from the component (C) is 0.1-3.0 mass% and the content of bromine is 0.5-10 mass% based on the total amount of the components (A)-(D).SELECTED DRAWING: None
