Abstract:
To provide a power-generating hydraulic fluid having higher generation potential and better economical efficiency relative to a SWCNT dispersion comprised of single layer carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) dispersed in an aqueous solution of sodium deoxycholate (NaDC).SOLUTION: The power-generating hydraulic fluid is produced by dispersing cellulose nanofibers (CNF) by a weight ratio of 1 to 10% in an insulating liquid having electric resistance of 0.1 MΩ-cm or more. The cellulose nanofiber (CNF) is the smallest element resulting from mechanical and chemical fibrillation of a vegetable fiber and has a diameter of from 3 to 300 nm and a length of 1 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
